N2  - Bauer House: This house was originally located on the north side of North Street in town block 2 C/E. It was moved to the new location at 518 First Street before construction on the Atheneum had begun. Elmer Buchta Moving Engineers was contracted for this and many other building moves during the 1970s. This photo shows the house at the corner of North and West Streets. The log houses at 323 North Street, historic structures from the 1820s, can be seen on the left side of the photo.
