Scholle House: The Scholle House is located at 604 Tavern Street. The house originally belonged to Mathias Scholle, an original Harmonist settler, who was a shoe maker. This building still sits in its original location at the corner of Tavern and Brewery Streets. This photo shows the east wall of the house as the old paint was being stripped away. The north wall has already been cleared of old paint.
