Patterson House: Located at 682 Arthur Street and built in 1850. Construction workers are bricking in the area where the old double doors were removed and the old porch, facing Steam Mill Street was demolished. It appears they are using salvaged bricks from the demolition of the small east wall addition. The reconstructed east wall, on the right side of the house, was later enclosed as a sunroom area.
