The Barrett House was initially located on Main Street and was moved during the New Lanark Construction and William Ford Memorial Home expansion during the late 1970s. The small historic house which had been located on the plat at 604 South Street was demolished to accommodate the Barrett House. This view shows the east side of the house and a closed in space where a door had once been.
