In the second year of the reign of our most gracious sovereign lady Queen Anne, before his grace James Duke of Ormonde, Lord Lieutenant General and General Governor of Ireland: and continued by several adjournments and prorogations to the twenty third of June, 1707. And likewise continued under his excellency Thomas, Earl of Pembroke, Lord Lieutenant General and General Governor of Ireland, by prorogation, until the sixth of May, 1708. being the third session of this present Parliament.
