A fictitious collection, attributed to the Marquis François de Barbé-Marbois.
In two parts, each with separate pagination.
The imprint date and place are probably false; of the multiple "Londres" editions of the Letters, "this one is probably very close to 1772 and is less flagrantly (but almost certainly) of French manufacture (KU-S).
The third part, including letters from 1746 to 1752, was issued without Owen's name in the imprint (cf. N049633).
