T1  - An act for payment of the principal sum of one hundred and twenty thousand pounds,in discharge of so much of the national debt, and for granting to his Majesty an additional duty on wine, silk, hops, china, earthen, Japanned or lacquered ware, and vinegar; and also, a tax of four shillings in the pound on all salaries, Profits of Employments, Fees and Pensions, to be applied to Discharge the Interest of the said Principal Sum, until the same shall be paid; and also to pay an Interest of Four Pounds per Centum per Annum, for the Sum of One hundred and seventeen thousand five hundred Pounds, which will remain due after Payment of the said Sum of One hundred and twenty thousand Pounds, and towards the Discharge of the said Sum of One hundred and seventeen thousand five hundred Pounds, or so much thereof as shall remain due on the Twenty fifth Day of December, One thousand seven hundred and fifty one.
