Each issue begins with factotum initial, however the first number has two settings. In (a) there is a floral factotum on p. 1; line 15 of p. 3 has "Charteries"; the p. 29 ornament is a vase of flowers; p. 236 misnumbered "36". In (b) the factotum is angels; line 15 reads "Charteris" and the ornament on p. 29 is three-branched; pp. 32 and 236 are misnumbered "23" and "36" respectively.
With continuous pagination; horizontal chain lines.
