The imprint to vol. 3 reads: "Printed by R. Hawes; and sold by the author: and by J. Parsons", and to vol. 4 reads: "Printed for the author, by T. Gillet; and sold by him at his house; and by Mr Parsons".
The titlepage to vol. 4 bears the additional information: "Vol. IV. Being a supplement to the former volumes. Containing instances and examples in favor of the doctrine of the universal restoration"; the contents of vol. 4 are listed in vol. 1; the publication of vol. 4 was dependent on four hundred copies being subscribed for.
