By which he lost his marriage with Miss Barnston, A Beautiful And Accomplished Young Lady, And Possessed Of A Fortune Of Fifteen Thousand Pounds. The Plaintiff laid his Damages at Ten Thousand Pounds, and received a Verdict of Five Hundred. Tried Before The Right Honourable Lloyd Lord Kenyon, And A Special Jury Of Merchants, At Guildhall, London, On the 6th of June, 1792. This Trial comprehends the Speeches and Arguments of Counsel at large, the Evidence of the Witnesses, and the Summing-up of the noble and learned Judge.
