If no Children were to learn Latin, or any other Foreign Language, 'till they had first learned the Art of Grammar in their Mother Tongue. I doubt not but our Latin Schools, would soon become much more successful and useful to the Nation, than ever yet they have been Mr. A. Lane's Preface to his Art of Letters.
