Likewise rules to be observed by the natives of Scotland, Ireland, and London, for avoiding their respective Peculiarities; and directions to foreigners for acquiring a Knowledge of the Use of this Dictionary. the whole interspersfd with observations, etymological, critical, and grammatical.
