A translation by Joseph Morgan of Philémon de la Motte's 'Voyage pour la redemption des captifs aux royaumes d'Alger et de Tunis', which was first published in English in the same year as 'Voyage to Algiers and Tunis, for the redemption of captives'.
The 'Appendix. Being the history, ancient and modern, of Oran and Al-Marsa' with separate pagination and register.
A reissue of the first edition, with a cancel titlepage in red and black, excision of the dedication and resetting of the drop-head title of sig. B1 of the main text.
In this issue of the second edition, there is a comma after "added" in the title.
