An act, [electronic resource] : For Sale of Lands. lying in the County of Gloucester, Part of the Estate of Brereton Bourchier, Esq; deceased, towards payment of his debts: and for impowering trustees during the Minority of Martha Bourchier the infant, Daughter and Heir of the said Brereton, to raise money by sale of timber, and making, renewing and filling up of leases of farms and lands, lying in the mannors of Bardesley, alias Barnesley, and Little Farrington, in the Counties of Gloucester and Berks, for satisfying debts, and exonorating the said infants estate.
