The following is a correct list of the gentlemen who voted for and against the address upon the peace, [electronic resource] : in the House of Commons, on Tuesday Morning the 18th, of February, 1783. It is given to our Readers simply to shew the respectability and characters of the Persons who compose it, and to enable Mankind to judge how far an Opposition to the Peace is justified by the unnatural junction of those very Men who were foremost to call out for Peace, on any terms, with others who were the means of bringing upon us those calamities now so happily averted by the Wisdom, Fortitude, and Honesty of as upright an Administration as ever directed the Affairs of this Country.
