An attack on Christopher Wyvill and his supporters in the Yorkshire Association, probably in relation to the Parliamentary elections for Yorkshire in 1784.
Wyvill and the Association actively promoted Parliamentary reform, hence the appellations "Oliver" in the title and "Noll" in the text, which alluded to Cromwell.
