In two columns; pasted to the foot of the first column is a piece of paper with a MS. statement including the date of the letters patent: "March 31st: 1780"; pasted to the foot of the second column is a duplicated statement; both referred to by the final paragraph of the second column: "In order to shew a specimen of this art, the following writing, .. and the copy taken from it are pasted below".
