N1  - The first song is a "Jacobite satire resulting from the consideration of the articles of war by Parliament,in imitation of the song from Bettertons̀ Prophetess, 1690" and the second song a "Jacobite satire on George I, put into a Welshmans̀ mouth" (Foxon).
