The whole being a summary collection of all the statute-law  concerning the game; and of all the Cases, Resolutions and  Judgments in the several Courts of Record at Westminster  relating thereunto. Together with Two Precedents of  Declarations; the one in an Action of Trespass against an  idle and dissolute Person for hunting, &c. in which the  Plaintiff (if he recover) is to have full Costs; and the  other in an Action of Debt upon the Statute 8 Geo. I. for a  pecuniaty Penalty, for feited by that Law, in which the  Plaintiff (if he recover) shall have double Costs.  Continued down to the present Time.
