Vol.2 entitled: 'The second volume of the works .. Printed for S. Briscoe ..' with a preface signed: W. Ayloffe.
Each major separate work has a separate titlepage dated between 1716 and 1719 but text and register are continuous within each volume.
The pagination is irregular in each volume.
