Part III. Containing the principal acts and statutes made by the Parliaments of Scotland, in favours of the true protestant religion and presbyterial Church-government, from the Revolution (1690.) to the incorporating union with England (1707.) With an abridgment of the other laws respecting religion, from the Restoration (1660.) to the present time. To all which is subjoined an index of the principal contents of these collections. The whole making up a genuine history of the legal establishment of religion in Scotland, from the Reformation (1560.) to the present year 1749. and wherein care is taken to distinguish the laws which were rescinded, from the laws that were never declared to be so.
