Written before the departure of the British army from Philadelphia, 1778, by a native of Pennsylvania. To which are added, for the information of all rational enquirers, an appendix, consisting of extracts from an essay concerning obedience to the supreme powers, and the duty of subjects in all revolutions, published in England soon after the Revolution of 1688.
