"There are usually no plates, but occasionally a frontispiece (signed Miller) and set of twelve plates (signed Hayman and Miller) are found, .. They were supplied by Tonson, who distributed several versions of these designs" (Gaskell).
Pp. i-lxxii contain 'Life of Milton'.
