Bartholomew Songa, of Warnford-Court, Throgmorton-Street, London, merchant, the claimant of the said ship, her tackle, apparel, and furniture, and all and singular the goods, wares, and merchandizes laden therein, as neutral property, appellant. And Pieter de Cuyper, of the city of Ostend, merchant, Pieter Boeye, of Saint Nicholas, in the county of Waes, in Flanders, merchant, Henry Gistain Vander Sare, Esquire, also of Saint Nicholas, hereditary treasurer and receiver general of the said county of Waes, Johannes Baptistus Ludovicus Vermessen, also of Saint Nicholas, Ferdinand Emanuel de Cauwer, late of Saint Nicholas aforesaid, now deceased, whilst living one of the magistrates of the lordship of Waes, aforesaid, and Johannes Francisus Van Hulle, of Somergen, and registrar of Vanderboute, in Flanders, respectively subjects of His Royal Apostolick Majesty, the emperor of Germany, and respectively part owners of the said ship, and the said Pieter Boeye, as being the sole owner of the cargo laden therein, parties intervening for their several interests in this cause, interveuors. Against John Casey, commander of the private ship of war the Juno, the captor of the said ship and her cargo, respondent.
