A catalogue of all the materials of the dwelling-house, out-houses, &c. [electronic resource] : Of His Grace James Duke of Chandos, deceasd, at his late seat call'd Cannons, near Edgware in Middlesex: divided into such easy sortments, or lots, as to make it agreeable to the publick. Which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Cock, on Tuesday, the 16th of June 1747, and the eleven following days (at Cannons aforesaid.) The said house, &c. may be view'd every day (Sunday excepted) to the hour of same, which will begin each day at half and hour after eleven precisely, by all persons who shall produce a catalogue of these materials. Catalogues may be had at Grigsby's Coffee-House behind the Royal Exchange; at Mr. Cock's, in the Great Piazza, Covent-Garden; at the White Hart, in Watford; the Three Pigeons, in Brentford; and at either of the lodges leading up to Cannons, from Stanmore, or Edgeware. N.B. in the first day's sale will be sold, the gardens and pasture land, round the said house, being freehold, in four lots, containing 415 acres, agreeable to the plan which may be seen at the said house, or at Mr. Cock's, with the conditions of the sale.
