Unto the Right Honourable, the Lords of Council and Session, the claim of Sir James Campbel of Ardkinglas baronet, Sir James Livingston of Glentirran baronet, his son-in-law, and Captain James Livingston, now called Campbel, Fiar of Ardkinglas, eldest son to the said Sir James Livingston, for their several interests of liferent and fie after mentioned, entred in pursuance of an act past in the last session of Parliament, being the 20th year of the reign of His Present Majesty, intitled, an act for taking away and abolishing the heritable jurisdictions in that part of Great-Britain called Scotland, and for making satisfaction to the proprietors thereof, &c [electronic resource].
