Douglas, Heron, and Company, late bankers in Ayr, and George Home, writer to the signet, now one of the principal clerks of session, factor and manager for the said Company, with concourse of our advocate, for our interest, against John Bushby writer in Dumfries, and the whole creditors, real and personal, of the said John Bushby, and all others having; or pretending to have interest in the matter libelled, [electronic resource].
