The titlepages to vols. 2 and 3 bear the imprint: Printed for John Wheble, and sold by C. Etherington and J. Wilson at York, Fletcher and Hodgon [sic, correctly "Hodgson" in vol. 3] at Cambridge, and by all the booksellers in Great Britain and Ireland; vol. 2 is dated: 1771, vol. 3 is undated.
A prospectus for the April 1771 issue describes John Wheble as the "original publisher".
