Combe, mayor. A common council holden in the chamber of the Guildhall of the city of London, on Friday, the 25th day of April 1800. Mr. William Bond, principal clerk to the commissioners of Sewers, Lamps, and Pavements, did this day deliver into this court, pursuant to the order of the 12th of July 1785, an account of money received and paid by the Chamberlain, by order of the said commissioners, from Michaelmas 1798, to Michaelmas 1799, inclusive; which was read in these words: ...
