A friend to the investigation of Parish abuse and peculation, has taken the liberty of reprinting Mr. Battye's Reply to Mr. Unite's advertisement, which only appeared in the Manchester Gazette,-being of opinion, that such information cannot be too widely circulated; and hopes the service Mr. B- has rendered the public, will encourage him to continue his laudable exertions, till the Parish abuses are completely redressed [electronic resource].
