Of baking; wherein the best method of making household bread is laid down; as also, the several sorts of French bread, as the pain burgeois, pain de gonnesse, &c. &c. IX. Distillery, in the plainest manner; in which the the method of making most of the waters and rich cordials is set forth, in the manner recommended by M. de Jean, distiller to his most Christian Majesty, and Mr. Cooper of London. To which is added, by way of appendix, the method of casting shot; a knowledge very useful to persons residing in the remote parts of the kingdom.
