A bill (with the amendments) to explain, amend, and enlarge the powers of an act of Parliament, made in the twelfth year of the Reign of His Late Majesty King George the Second, intituled, "An act for the more easy and speedy assessing, collecting, and levying of county rates;" and of another act, made in the ninth year of the Reign of His Majesty King George the Third, intituled, "An act to enable the justices of the peace, in the general quarter sessions of their respective counties and divisions, to repair the shire halls, county halls, or other buildings, wherein the assizes or grand sessions are usually held;" so far as the same relate to public bridges, and to county halls or shire houses [electronic resource].
