How", and pagination; the parts are variously dated: vol. 1, pt. 1 1700, pts. 2 and 6 1701, pts. 3-5 and 8-12 1699, pt. 7 1702; vol. 2, pt. 1 1699, pt. 2 1701, pts. 3-6 1700.
In vol. 1, pts. 1- 2 and 6 are of the third edition; pt. 7 is of the second edition; in vol. 2 pt. 2 is of the second edition.
