A catalogue of the genuine collection of Greek and Roman coins, lately taken in the Levant, by the Leopard private ship of war [electronic resource] : consisting of about three thousand curious coins, of various sizes and metals. Also, a small collection of British, Saxon and English gold, silver, and copper money; in which are some very rare coins, in the first preservation. Which will be sold by auction, by Samuel Paterson, at Essex House, in Essex-Street, in the Strand; on Wednesday evening the 14th of February 1759, to begin precisely at six o'clock. To be viewed on Tuesday the 13th instant, and to the time of sale. Catalogues may be had gratis, at the Mount Coffee House, Grosvenor-street; Forrest's, Charing-Cross; the Bedford, Covent-Garden; St. Paul's Coffee House, St. Paul's Church Yard; Bat..., Cornhill; at Bristow's State Lottery Office, Cheapside; [and] at the place of sale. To be lett at the abovementioned house, as a publick [lec]ture room, or to some literary society, a spacious apartment 47 feet in length by 18.-- also convenient lodgings for a family, or a single gentleman -- and the vaults and [cell]ar under the said house.
