Reissued in 1715 in two volumes: the first, with Ward's name on the titlepage, contains the text of his poem, the second has a titlepage reading "The Lord Clarendon's history of the grand rebellion compleated. .." and contains all Clarendon's papers (pp.607-862 in this edition) and all the plates.
Eight unnumbered leaves following p.x in the preliminaries of vol.1 comprise "An account of the heads,..", "An alphabetical account of all the characters ..", and "Proposals .. for printing,.. a fourth vol. of the history of Great-Britain,..".
The final six pages of vol. 3 contain "An account of the several battles".
