Elisha Tyler of Jamaica, merchant, the claimant of the said ship Waesmunster, her tackle, apparel, and furniture, on behalf, and as the true, lawful, and sole property of Nicholas Kemna, of Waesmunster in Flanders, a subject of His Imperial Majesty the emperor of Germany; and also claimant of all and singular the goods, wares, and merchandizes, laden therein on behalf and as the real, true, law and sole property of the said Nicholas Kemna, Andries Feigel the master of the said ship, and other imperial and neutral subjects, claimant and appellant, against Charles Hotchkys, Esq. commander of His Majesty's ship of war the Hydra, his officers and mariners, the captors of the said ship and goods, - - respondents.
