Elisha Tyler, of the island of Jamaica, merchant, the claimant of the said ship Waesmunster, as the property of Nicholas Kemna, described of Waesmunster in Flanders, a pretended subject of His Imperial Majesty the emperor of Germany, also claimant of sundry goods, wares and merchandizes therein laden, as the property of the said Nicholas Kemna, Andries Feigel, the master of the said ship, and other pretended imperial and neutral subjects, John Cologan of London, merchant, as agent, and on behalf of Francis Bowens, described of Ostend, and Anthony Songa, of London, merchant, claimant of other parts of the cargo, appellants, against, Charles Hotchkys, Esquire, commander of His Majesty's ship of war the Hydra, his officers and mariners, the captors of the said ship and goods, - - - captors and respondents.
