George William Soltau, of Suffolk-Lane, London, merchant, the claimant of one half part of all and singular the goods, wares, and merchandizes laden and on board the said ship, as the true, lawful, and sole property of Peter Van Zeller, Arnold Van Zeller, and John Van Zeller, of Oporto, merchants, and subjects of Her Most Faithful Majesty the Queen of Portugal; also claimant of one sixteenth part of the said goods, wares, and merchandizes, as the true, lawful, and sold property of Henrick and Johann Martin Brauer, merchants and inhabitants of the free imperial city of Hamburgh; also on behalf of Persent and Dormer, of the said free imperial city of Hamburgh, owners of one other sixteenth part of the said goods, wares, and merchandizes, - - appellant, against John M'Laurine, Esq. commander of His Majesty's ship of war Triton, his officers and mariners, the captors of the said ship and goods, - - - respondents.
