Addressing the jealousies and differences which existed between the inland and maritime towns in Massachusetts, and urging those towns which had not already done so to adopt the resolutions passed by the Concord convention.
Signed by Thomas Walley and six others, delegates to the Concord convention from Boston, who were the committee appointed to receive the returns regarding the resolutions from the towns.
