This beautiful plantation, a plan of which is  annexed, was surveyed in 1785, by the King's surveyor: and  the following explanatory observations are the substance of  a procës-verbal, signed by a number of respectable  planters, whose property lies contiguous to it. The  certificate of it, translated in the English language,  together with the French original of it, shall be exhibited  to any gentleman who may propose becoming a purchaser.
