The first Night has a separate titlepage dated 1744, and the next two have separate titlepages dated 1742; all have separate pagination and register, and were available separately.
The titlepage and preface (A1-2) of Night 4, which was also available separately, were intended to be bound before Nights 1-4 and the titlepage, printed in red and black, forms the general title.
Night 1 is of the fifth edition.
