In particular, the chapters show how these responses are seen in the animal remains that people left behind in their occupation sites. Many of these bones represent food remains, so the environments in which these animals lived can be identified and human use of those environments can be understood. In the case of climatic change resulting in environmental change, these animal remains can indicate that a change has occurred, in climate, environment and human adaptation, and can also indicate the specific details of those changes. 000780363 588__ $$aOnline resource; title from PDF title page (viewed March 31, 2017). 000780363 650_0 $$aHuman beings$$xClimatic factors. 000780363 650_0 $$aNature$$xEffect of human beings on. 000780363 650_0 $$aHuman geography$$xClimatic factors. 000780363 650_0 $$aAnimal remains (Archaeology) 000780363 650_0 $$aEnvironmental archaeology. 000780363 7001_ $$aMonks, Gregory G.,$$eeditor. 000780363 77608 $$iPrint version:$$z9789402411058$$z9402411054$$w(OCoLC)973920239 000780363 830_0 $$aVertebrate paleobiology and paleoanthropology. 000780363 852__ $$bebk 000780363 85640 $$3SpringerLink$$uhttps://univsouthin.idm.oclc.org/login?url=http://link.springer.com/10.1007/978-94-024-1106-5$$zOnline Access$$91397441.1 000780363 909CO $$ooai:library.usi.edu:780363$$pGLOBAL_SET 000780363 980__ $$aEBOOK 000780363 980__ $$aBIB 000780363 982__ $$aEbook 000780363 983__ $$aOnline 000780363 994__ $$a92$$bISE
