In spite of their differences, these streams of research share some key theoretical principles: Their processual view of organising as 'becoming', their emphasis on the key role of action and action meaning; their interest in the agential power of artefacts and objects; the exploratory and inquiring nature of organising. This work argues that Pragmatist thought can contribute to those approaches offering some theoretical argument, both as a general intellectual orientation and as a conceptual toolbox. 000812257 588__ $$aDescription based on online resource; title from home page (viewed on February 19, 2018). 000812257 650_0 $$aOrganization. 000812257 650_0 $$aManagement. 000812257 650_0 $$aPragmatism. 000812257 77608 $$iPrint version:$$z9780198753216 000812257 85280 $$bebk$$hOxford Scholarship Online 000812257 85640 $$3Oxford scholarship online$$uhttps://univsouthin.idm.oclc.org/login?url=http://dx.doi.org/10.1093/oso/9780198753216.001.0001$$zOnline Access 000812257 909CO $$ooai:library.usi.edu:812257$$pGLOBAL_SET 000812257 980__ $$aEBOOK 000812257 980__ $$aBIB 000812257 982__ $$aEbook 000812257 983__ $$aOnline
